How do I activate my account?

In order to activate your account, we require a valid purchase order number and attendance at a Welcome Zoom meeting.

Your Super User will have received a Next Steps email which has a link to book the Welcome Zoom meeting. 

The Welcome Zoom should be attended by your Super User and preferably your Head Teacher. It can take up to 24 hours from attending the Welcome Zoom to activation.

A purchase order (PO) number can be provided by your finance officer and, if not already given when signing up, should be emailed to enquiries@littlewandlelettersandsounds.org.uk
