Assessment tracker
How do I ensure a smooth handover of information to next year’s teacher?
Make sure your SLT knows your priority children and their gaps. Work with them to make a strategic plan during the last few weeks of the summer term to get your children back on track and ensure a smooth transition into their next class.
If you are on track with the programme progression, you should complete the Summer 2 assessments and enter the data on the tracker. This will provide next year’s teacher with invaluable information and ensure your children continue to make progress.
