How do I input the assessment marks on the tracker if a GPC was marked with a ‘M/C’?

If the pupil needed a mnemonic or catchphrase to prompt them in decoding the grapheme correctly, it would be marked as incorrect on the tracker.

For children to be reading confidently they must be able to decode GPCs automatically.
