Assessment tracker
How do I remove a pupil from the Assessment tracker?
We advise against removing any pupils with existing assessments from the Assessment tracker to avoid losing useful data. Any pupil with no assessments entered will not show on the heatmaps and will not count towards your overall percentages.
We do however have a feature which allows schools to ‘hide’ children from their pupil list, and the associated assessment links download file. This allows schools to hide leavers in order to tidy up their lists. The option appears as a new button per child, with the ability to show ‘All pupils’ via a new drop-down which then allows children to be reinstated, if required.
Hidden pupils are considered to be ‘Leavers’ and will not show by default on your Pupil heatmaps or Pupil trends page. To view their data, change the ‘Leavers’ filter on the heatmaps/trends/summary page to be ‘Show Leavers’.
