How do I send my colleagues links to enter data with the new Assessment tracker?
The updated tracker site does not use separate links to Google forms; the data is instead input by users while logged in to the tracker. If you are an admin-level user on your school's tracker account, then you can add in other users as needed and send them their login details.
Note that multiple members of staff can have access to the tracker and users do not need to be admin-level to enter or edit assessment data. Please take a look at the guidance video for more information on adding users to the tracker.
