I’m not receiving emails I have signed up for. Can you help?

Signed up to Weekly Wandle, Foundations Fortnight or Leading Little Wandle and not receiving them? We can help.

If you're not currently receiving the emails from Little Wandle that you’ve signed up for, please follow these steps to ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox.

  • Add Little Wandle’s ‘from’ email address to your address book. This helps your inbox recognise emails from Little Wandle as trustworthy. Check your email help documentation for instructions on how to add an email address to your address book. The email address we use is membership@littlewandlelettersandsounds.org.uk
  • Request that your IT/Email team add our Little Wandle sending domain to their allowlist. This tells your email server that it should expect to receive emails from any ‘from’ address containing our domain littlewandlelettersandsounds.org.uk
  • Request that your IT/Email team add our sending IP addresses to their allowlist. We have listed the sending IP addresses below:

  • Mark Little Wandle emails as safe. If you find Little Wandle emails in your Spam/Junk folder, move them back to your inbox. This action helps train your inbox to trust emails from our address in the future.
  • Engage with our emails. Opening and clicking links in the membership emails you do receive helps your email provider learn to trust Little Wandle’s email address and sending domain. If you continue to open and click on our emails, your email account will learn to accept these emails in the future.
