My colleague isn't receiving team invites.

If your colleague is not receiving any emails that is likely due to firewall issues on your end. This happens with selective emails. What I would advise is for you to contact your school's IT team to make sure that membership@littlewandlelettersandsounds.org.uk is allowed. Otherwise, future newsletters and password reset emails will also not come through. Note they may come through in junk/clutter/spam/other/etc folders as well.

However, despite that, you can still add team members another way but this is less secure. To do so, head to the ‘Add members’ page and then, instead of inviting via email, copy and paste the link above that box and manually email staff members that link.
