What additional resources would I need for Rapid Catch-up?

If your school is doing Rapid Catch-up, the only resources that are essential for delivery of the programme are the word cards, which are purchased from Collins.

There are optional books for 7+ with age-appropriate language and themes, which you may decide that your older pupils will benefit from. We recommend that you complete your assessments first, and then only buy the books you feel you need.

The Rapid Catch-up programme has its own specific word cards which must be purchased from Collins. These are separate to the main programme cards.

You do not need to buy the new Blending practice and Stretch and challenge books. These books are entirely optional and should be purchased based on what you think you may or may not need for your school.
