Assessment tracker
What does the ‘A’ mean on the data entry page of the new Assessment tracker?
Any data already input into your tracker has automatically moved over when the site was migrated, this includes all assessment data from previous academic years.
Assessments entered prior to Autumn 2023 will be shown with an "A" (archived) and will not be viewable from the Pupil Assessment Summary. You are not able to edit that data or use that prior data as a starting point for entering in reassessment data. However, analysis of archived assessments will still be viewable in the Pupil trends section (where you can see the four most recent assessments for each point). The heatmaps section will show analysis for the most recent assessment data for each point, as before.
Note that heatmaps will now be updated overnight, so you will be able to see data entered/edited the next day.
