What does the little bell mean at the top of the webpages?

To help you keep up to date with new documents, website updates and CPD we've added a new Notifications feature to the website. If you log in and see the bell wiggling with a blue circle around it, you know there's a message waiting for you. Once you mark it as read the bell will fall 'silent', until the next notification.
