Why can’t I access my account?
To activate your account, we require a valid purchase order number and attendance of a Welcome Zoom meeting.
Your Super User will have received a Next Steps email which has a link to book. A purchase order number can be provided by your finance officer.
The Welcome Zoom should be attended by your Super User and preferably your Headteacher. It can take up to 24 hours from attending the Welcome Zoom to activation.
