Why do we need to reassess Daily Keep-up children every three weeks?
It's important to show impact of interventions and to select books that are well matched to the children’s secure phonic knowledge.
So, after three weeks of Daily Keep-up reassess using your last Reception or Year 1 assessment.
Make sure to upload to the Assessment tracker website which will show progress and recommended book level.
