Should we attend a Little Wandle Live event at our nearest Champion School, or can we pick one further afield?
Great question!
Every Little Wandle member school is entitled to send their Headteacher and Reading Leader to a Little Wandle Live event; a half-day of live CPD which showcases best practice.
Members travel from all over the country to get to these events. In some cases they attend the one that's closest. For other members, availability or school context mean that they choose to visit a Champion School that may not be their nearest one.
While most Champion Schools offer just core programme Live events, we also have some which are offering Rapid Catch-up Lives as well, which is another reason that schools may travel further afield.
