Do I upload my Placement, Rapid Catch-up and SEND assessments to the Assessments tracker? 

Our Placement, Rapid Catch-up and SEND assessments are completed within their own separate spreadsheets. All calculations are done within the spreadsheets themselves and assessments do not need to be added to the tracker.
